Return and Refund Policy – Swish Locks
At Swish Locks, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. If you believe your purchase has a manufacturing defect, please review our return and refund policy below:
Submitting a Claim
To submit a claim:
- Contact us within 1 month of purchase.
- Send a written explanation and clear photos of the issue.
- Email all claim details to hair@swishlocks.org.
Please note: We are unable to review or process claims that do not include sufficient supporting documentation.
Return Requirements
- Once your claim is submitted, the hair must be returned within 7 days of the complaint.
- Returns are the responsibility and cost of the buyer until they are delivered to Swish Locks.
- A return process cannot be initiated without the hair being physically returned.
Inspection and Outcome
- All returned hair will be inspected and tested by our team.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected hair at our discretion.
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Please note: We do not cover shipping costs or any salon-related expenses, including removal or reapplication services.
If a Claim is Not Approved
- If your claim is not approved, the original hair can be returned to you once postage costs have been covered.
