Return and Refund Policy – Swish Locks



At Swish Locks, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. If you believe your purchase has a manufacturing defect, please review our return and refund policy below:



Submitting a Claim



To submit a claim:


  • Contact us within 1 month of purchase.
  • Send a written explanation and clear photos of the issue.
  • Email all claim details to hair@swishlocks.org.



Please note: We are unable to review or process claims that do not include sufficient supporting documentation.



Return Requirements



  • Once your claim is submitted, the hair must be returned within 7 days of the complaint.
  • Returns are the responsibility and cost of the buyer until they are delivered to Swish Locks.
  • A return process cannot be initiated without the hair being physically returned.




Inspection and Outcome



  • All returned hair will be inspected and tested by our team.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected hair at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.



Please note: We do not cover shipping costs or any salon-related expenses, including removal or reapplication services.



If a Claim is Not Approved



  • If your claim is not approved, the original hair can be returned to you once postage costs have been covered.
